Stainless Steel Fine Wire |
We offer stainless steel fine wire, or micron wire, made of stainless 304, 316 and 316L. Wire diameter ranges from 0.018 to 0.050. Fine wire is usually supplied in bobbin types or spool types, used as weaving wires for making of filter wire cloth. It can also be woven with other fiber to produce strong fabric with static resistance and radiation protection which can be used in textile industry.
Features & Applications:Stainless steel fine wire has good electric and thermal conduction, high intensity and elastic module, corrosion and wear resistance, anti-static, radiation protection, and a long service life etc. For such ability, it is widely used in aviation and spaceflight industry, petroleum and chemical industry, instruments and meters, automotive, food processing, pharmacy, environmental protection, printing, communication, textile industry and daily articles.Materials Type: 304,304L, 316, 316L, 410, 430

International Standards for Stainless Wire |
AISI and SUS are the commonly used marks in description of stainless steel wire. AISI refers to US Steel Association marks of stainless steel while SUS is used in front of Japan marks indicating it is for special purpose. What is the difference? What are the mostly used stainless steel grades in the world? What is the Chinese standard about stainless steel wire as materials used in weaving wire mesh? |
